Full disclosure: I am one of those people who loves violet-flavored sweets. When I was a kid, I used to buy little packets of Parma Violets at the sweetshop. Nowadays, I prefer the violet pastilles of the Abbaye de Flavigny. Not only do they come in a delightful flower-printed oval tin, but the round white pastilles contain a crunchy anise seed at the center.
I'm off to track down that yoghurt...
